Journey
My professional path and educational background
Sr. Behavioral Designer
ideas42
ideas42 is a nonprofit consulting firm applying insights from behavioral science to improve systems and outcomes in areas such as healthcare and public policy. As a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42, I led mixed-methods research and behavioral diagnostics to identify barriers in user decision-making across complex systems. I translated these insights into human-centered design solutions, developing journey maps, intervention concepts, and prototypes, and tested them through experiments and pilots to drive measurable improvements in engagement and outcomes. I also collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate behavioral insights into product, service, and policy design.
Strategic Planning and Development Manager
Access Community Health Network
ACCESS is a healthcare organization that operates the largest network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Chicago, delivering comprehensive primary care and social services to underserved communities. In my role at ACCESS, I supported the implementation and management of federally funded grant programs, including HRSA Section 330 awards, across critical health areas such as HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, behavioral health, substance use disorders, and COVID-19 response initiatives. I worked closely with clinical, programmatic, and finance teams to strengthen service delivery systems, improve patient access, and ensure compliance with federal requirements. My responsibilities also included analyzing program data, developing reporting tools, and supporting continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance both operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Program & Partnerships Coordinator
IDEO.org
IDEO.org is a pioneering human-centered design consulting organization that applies design thinking and creative problem-solving to address complex social challenges globally, particularly in areas such as poverty alleviation, health, and economic opportunity. In my role as a Program & Partnerships Coordinator, I supported end-to-end human-centered design projects by coordinating field research, managing cross-sector partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of design engagements across teams. I worked closely with researchers, designers, and partners to synthesize qualitative insights from fieldwork into actionable deliverables such as journey maps, service concepts, and strategic recommendations. My work helped translate user needs into scalable, equity-centered solutions for underserved communities.
